It's difficult striking a balance with a fair cancellation policy, because...well...life happens! But i've had to implement an online cancellation policy to protect myself business-wise, as well as provide some accountability to class, so that those on a waiting list are still given the opportunity to attend. 

Upon booking you will be asked to enter your card details (even if you have selected to pay in person using cash) - you will not be charged on this card unless in the event of a last minute (within 24 hours) cancellation. 

You may reschedule your booking at any time free of charge.

If you cancel giving at least 24 hours notice, you will not be charged.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, or don't show up, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
