About Abbie

A self-proclaimed creative soul, Abbie has personally practised yoga since 2008 - not always regularly, sometimes sporadically, sometimes daily, because, well, life! 

She completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 with Dan Peppiatt of Yoga Like Water, going on to complete her 50hr Mindfulness & Meditation teacher training in 2022.

Abbie believes there is no one-size fits all approach to yoga. Everyone comes to the floor (or mat if you choose to use one) with their own physical, emotional, spiritual & mental experience in that moment. She aims to hold a safe, non-judgemental and low pressured space for people to move, breathe, explore & get curious, whilst feeling a sense of community.

She does not pretend to 'know-it-all' and is on her own journey as much as those who attend her classes. You can expect friendliness, a warm welcome and a touch of humour!

This is an 'insta-yoga' free space - no photos will be taken during sessions and we move however we can/feel/want to - clunks and all! 

Abbie is fully insured by the FHT.
